Using Card Management
When you’re traveling and on-the-go, your card goes with you and should be protected. You can protect your debit and credit card from fraud and misuse with Card Management.
Why Should I Use Card Management?
- *NEW* Travel Notifications: Easily place a travel notification on your debit card to notify Interior Federal you’ll be using your card in a different state or country to reduce false positives for fraud and allow you to use your card seamlessly. Add up to 10 destinations for one trip, and add your trip (s) up to 1 year in advance. Follow the directions below to get to card management, once there:
- Make sure your Debit Card is visible at the top of your screen
- Tap on the 4th option, “Set Travel Notice”
- Fill out the questions to give the trip dates and destinations
- Tap “Save”
- Digital Card Issuance: Get instant access to your card digitally, while you wait for your physical card to arrive, allowing you to continue making purchases without interruption.
- Order a Replacement: Easily reorder a replacement card with just a few taps if your current card is damaged or lost, saving you both time and hassle.
- Report Lost/Stolen: Quickly report your card as lost or stolen to immediately protect your account from unauthorized transactions, ensuring your finances are secure.
- Turn On/Off: Instantly turn off your card if it’s misplaced to prevent a thief from making fraudulent transactions. If you find the card, you can turn it back on.
- Set Limits: Limit your card use to specific merchants to help prevent misuse at stores you do not purchase from and control spending by setting limits to match your budget.
- Set Notifications and Contact Method: Set alerts for transactions and other account activities to stay informed and monitor your spending in real-time. Choose your preferred method of communication- email, text, or push notifications- to receive important updates in the way that suits you best.
Where to Find Card Management and How to Enroll: Mobile App Directions
- Log in to our mobile banking app.
- Select “More” at the bottom and choose “Card Hub” at the top of your screen.
- Tap on “Card Management.”
- Set up cards, declines and alerts, alert delivery options, and travel notices on debit cards.
