Loyalty Rewards complement existing rewards programs like ShopSPOT® and the member rewards credit card, enhancing the benefits for our valued members!

The level of rewards is based on your membership tenure. Recently, we conducted a member poll, requesting your top 3 favorite National Parks, and we are excited to announce that we’ve incorporated YOUR selections into our loyalty tiers.

When loyalty rewards become available, this will be the new way to earn loan discounts and certificate bonuses.

Get Rewarded for Completing Your Banking Business Digitally!

To qualify for rewards, you will need to meet 4 qualifications each month:

1. Establish a monthly Direct Deposit into our new Digital Spend Account of $1,000 or more
2. Complete at least 12 monthly transactions on our debit and/or credit card
3. Login to your digital banking account monthly
4. Complete at least 2 digital wallet transactions (using one of our 5 digital wallets) monthly with our debit and/or credit card

You’ll need to meet these qualifications for 2 out of the last 3 months excluding the previous month.  For example: In August, the qualification period is April, May and June excluding the previous month, July.

Setting up your direct deposit is easy.  Just have your payroll department direct your paycheck to your account number here (link to how to do that.)

By having both our debit and credit card, you can easily do 12 transactions between the two cards, or all on one or the other!

Logging in to your account online or on mobile once a month is something most everyone does anyway!

And by adding your Interior Federal debit and/or credit card into your digital wallet, you simply use it to pay for groceries, gas, or coffee twice a month, and you’ve met this qualification.

To qualify for Loyalty Rewards, you have to meet the 4 qualifications for 2 out of the past 3 months, excluding the previous month.  For example, for loyalty rewards to be used in August, the qualification period is April, May, and June (excluding July.)  If you have met them for at least 2 months, you get a discount or bonus based on the reward tier you are in—either Glacier, Grand Canyon, or Yellowstone.
